All Americans deserve access to a safe and affordable place to call home. Yet far too many families in North Carolina and around the country are denied this necessity. I have strongly supported and will continue to support increased funding for a broad range of programs designed to promote affordable housing, homeownership, and community development. As Members of Congress, we have a responsibility to work together to bring the American dream within reach for as many Americans as possible.
